What I Offer

The plans you've tried weren't wrong because you didn't try hard enough. They were wrong because they were designed for someone else's life, someone else's brain, and someone else's body. That's not a motivation problem. That's an architecture problem.

Sound Familiar?

It's midnight and you're reading about whether magnesium glycinate or threonate is better for sleep. While not sleeping. You could explain the science to anyone who asks but can't seem to make any of it work for you. You spent the GP appointment asking about your kid's referral again and left without mentioning the thing you actually booked it for [you]. You know you matter too. You tell your daughter that all the time. You just can't seem to apply it to yourself. It's Monday. Fresh start, new meal prep containers and the same plan you had in March, and September, and the March before that. You know how this ends, yet you do it anyway because what else is there. You are so tired of starting over. You had three good days in a row then scheduled a full weekend. Did one thing, then spent two days horizontal. The worst part isn't the crash, it's that you knew it was coming and couldn't make yourself not push through, because the alternative was missing out.

This isn't
a program.

There's no 8-week challenge, no protocol, no meal plan you'll follow for eleven days and then abandon in a shame spiral.

This is a
redesign.

Of the architecture around your health [your environment, your routines, your systems] so the healthier choices become the easier ones. Not through willpower or discipline but through design.

We look at
your actual life.

Your kitchen, your morning, your capacity on a bad Tuesday and find where the architecture is fighting you. Then we rebuild it around the way your brain and body work, not the way some generic plan assumes they should.

Built with you
in mind.

If you're neurodivergent, managing co-occurring conditions, experiencing perimenopause, or all three at once [👋 welcome, there are many of us] this was built FOR YOU.

Here's the thing
nobody in
wellness talks about.

The health stuff isn't really about the health stuff. Not entirely.

Yes, you might end up moving your body in a way you genuinely enjoy instead of forcing yourself through something you dread.

Yes, eating might stop being a source of decision fatigue and guilt. Yes, your sleep might actually improve when the environment is set up to support it instead of sabotage it.

Yes, you might have a plan for the days it all goes to sh*t, that doesn't require you to think from scratch when your brain and nervous system are done.

But that's the first layer. The second layer is what those shifts actually free up.
