Not what you're probably thinking.
I don't hand out meal plans or exercise programs. I don't focus solely on weight loss and I don't diagnose or prescribe anything.
Instead, as a health coach I work alongside you to bridge the gap between knowing what might improve your health and actually being able to do it in your real life.
You're in the driver's seat. So, we tackle whatever part of your health you want to focus on. It might be the thing that's making life hardest right now or just what feels manageable. The whole time we’re working towards your vision of what good health looks and feels like, not some one-size-fits-all ideal.
I can also work alongside your existing healthcare team, whether that’s your GP, specialists or dietitian, to help you implement their recommendations in ways that fit how your brain and body actually operate.
Think of it as support for the gap between knowing what might help and being able to do it. We look at what's really getting in the way (hint: it's rarely motivation) and explore practical approaches that account for your actual energy, capacity and real-life constraints.

I'm based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. All my coaching sessions are currently held online via video call, so I work with clients across all of Australia. Sessions are scheduled in AEST.
-
Absolutely. Book a free intro call and let’s see if we’re a fit. We'll have a chat about what’s going on for you and how I can be supportive. No pressure, no obligation.
-
It varies. Some clients work with me for a few months to address specific challenges, others stay for ongoing support as their circumstances change. There's no minimum commitment, we go at your pace.

I work predominantly with neurodivergent adults (ADHD, autism or both) who are managing their health often alongside co-occurring chronic conditions or peri/menopause. Many of my clients are burnt-out high achievers, carers, or people who were diagnosed later in life and are figuring out what actually works for them.
And I’m absolutely here for all the neurotypical’s who are exhausted from having tried all.the.things. and are still not feeling happy and healthy. So much of what works for us neurodivergent’s works for everyone and the more people I can support to feel truly well the better. -
Yasssss! This is exactly what we do.
Late diagnosis can be like finally getting the instruction manual for how your brain actually works, not how everyone told you it should work. It’s permission to start using strategies designed for you.
This is where it gets good!
You're not starting from scratch, you're starting from informed. We absolutely need to talk. Let's explore what actually fits.
-
Yes, and I understand why you're asking.
I've spent years navigating these intersecting conditions, dealing with specialists, advocating through appointments and exploring solutions when standard advice doesn't account for bodies that don't cooperate predictably. I understand the frustration of being dismissed when you know something's genuinely wrong and the exhaustion of explaining how your neurodivergence complicates managing chronic illness.
We'll work with all of it as interconnected parts of how you experience the world. The goal isn't perfect management, it's exploring approaches that help you feel well enough to enjoy life, or at least get back to what feels normal for you.
You're not too complicated. You just need someone who gets it.
-
Because knowing and doing are two completely different brain processes, especially for neurodivergent brains.
Executing on all that research you've absorbed often needs different scaffolding, not more information. Together, we'll look at what's actually blocking implementation and explore options that don't require you to use all the energy you have on overriding how your brain works.
And while I’m here, let me give you permission [if you need it] to drop all the shoulds.
-
I get it, “putting yourself first” doesn’t feel possible when you’re showing up for everyone else and feel like you’re barely holding things together. But your needs aren’t optional or selfish. You deserve as much as anyone to be supported and be out here living and enjoying your healthiest life.
I want you to know that I meet you where you’re at. There’s no need for continued above and beyonding in order to feel well when your energy bank account is running dry.
We’ll look at where the energy withdrawals are happening and explore sustainable ways you can start making deposits to increase your energy bank account. You may be surprised to know that increasing your energy & improving your health doesn’t always mean increasing your to do list.
-
Life happens. All I ask is for 24-hours notice when possible. There's a cancellation policy for frequent changes, but I handle it case-by-case because I get that our brains and bodies don’t always co-operate.

Sadly, no. Stand alone health coaching is currently not recognised on the Medical Benefits Scheme (MBS) or as an item that can be claimed through private health funds, which means I’m unable to offer any rebates. Although I absolutely look forward to a time when I can!
In the meantime, you may find the below helpful 👇
Medicare rebates may apply where allied health professionals e.g. Dietician, Exercise Physiologist, Diabetes Educators etc. deliver health coaching services when it is incorporated into a patient’s GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) as “a structured approach to managing their chronic condition(s)” (Item 965 | Medicare Benefits Schedule 2025). Talk to your GP about a GPCCMP and ensure they provide a referral to a registered allied health professional, otherwise rebates are not payable.
There are some private health insurers that may offer rebates for health coaching under health management programs or preventative health extras. Generally, they require you to be receiving the health coaching from a National Board registered and/or Medicare registered practitioner e.g. GP, Occupational Therapist, Dietician, Exercise Physiologist etc that usually form part of their specific offering. So, definitely check with your provider! And don’t dismiss their in-house programs that often include health coaching and/or connect you with third-party programs with no out-of-pocket.

I'm currently a registered student health coach with the Health Coaches Australia and New Zealand Association (HCANZA) while I complete my formal studies. Health coaching in general is fairly unregulated in Australia. HCANZA ensures members have completed professional training with an evidence-based curriculum through a reputable training organisation. As a registered student member I’m still required to adhere to both the HCANZA Scope of Practice and Code of Conduct.
As part of my Diploma in Nutrition & Health Coaching, I have completed the following units to date:
DNHC501: Psychology & Wellbeing Foundations
DNHC502: Human Nutrition
DNHC504: Physical, Emotional, Mental Health & Trauma Awareness
DNHC512: Nutrition Psychology: Food Choice and Eating Habits
DNHC513: Ayurvedic Nutrition & Lifestyle: An Introduction
I’ve also completed the Peer-to-peer mental health first aid training with Good Mate Training by ALLKND, [2024]

Absolutely! This is my area of passion, supporting people with POTS, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, hypermobility spectrum disorders, ME/CFS and dysautonomia that often co-occur with neurodevelopmental conditions like ADHD and Autism. I understand through lived experience the intersection of these conditions and provide practical implementation support for clients.
